📋 Description

• Manage escalated technical cases from frontline support • Validate information, perform deep-dive analysis, and define corrective actions • Provide remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams • Ensure timely and effective vehicle repair • Produce structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders • Highlight risks, trends, and areas for improvement • Monitor activity KPIs including case ageing, recurrence, and fix-it-right-first-time • Flag early warning signals on product or process issues • Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices • Support continuous improvement of Level 1 agents and workshops • Provide field support, especially relating to electrical buses

🎯 Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair in a dealer, workshop, or OEM environment • Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to identify root causes and recurring vehicle issues • Ability to translate OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into clear repair instructions for workshops • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to explain complex technical topics understandably • Team-player attitude with a proactive, logical, and inquisitive mindset • Ability to operate in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments
