📋 Description

• Handle technical cases from German-speaking dealer workshops through a ticketing system • Analyse fault codes, symptoms, live data and repair information to find the root cause • Guide technicians to the right repair, in clear written German • Document every case accurately and escalate complex cases to the Level 2 team • Spot recurring issues and share them with the engineering team • Build expertise on electric and high-voltage vehicles through manufacturer training • Participate in a recruiter call with a practical automotive diagnostics check and a 1-hour hiring manager interview

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in a dealer or independent workshop, with a focus on diagnostics • A technical qualification (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Kfz-Techniker, Kfz-Meister, automotive technician) or an engineering degree • Confident use of diagnostic tools, wiring diagrams and repair information systems • Fluent German and good professional English • An analytical, independent way of working, and the patience to handle a high volume of cases • The right to work in the EU • High-voltage / EV qualification (nice to have) • Experience with a technical hotline, warranty or ticketing tools (nice to have)
