📋 Description

• Provide on-site support, especially in connection with electrical buses • Managing escalated technical cases from front-line support • Providing remote and on-site support to dealers and technical teams • Producing clear, structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders • Monitoring activity KPIs and flagging early warning signals

🎯 Requirements

• Strong automotive technical background with experience in diagnostics and complex repair • Proven ability to analyze technical data, fault codes and log files • Capable of translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams and procedures • Good verbal and written communication skills in English • Team player with proactive attitude and logical, inquisitive mindset
