📋 Description

• Administer Azure cloud infrastructure while aligning security, compliance, performance, resiliency and RBAC best practices • Deploy new technologies globally and support cross-functional teams delivering products to global customers • Support security and compliance needs in collaboration with the internal InfoSec team • Deploy product updates, identify production issues and support integrations • Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery protocols for cloud-based systems • Investigate and resolve infrastructure, performance and security issues • Design and implement Azure solutions that fit business needs • Monitor the Azure estate and react to issues • Ensure cloud infrastructure is built to best-practice standards • Support application performance, uptime and scale while maintaining code quality and thoughtful design • Deliver secure cloud resources in line with best practices • Administer cloud environments according to company security guidelines, including patching with Azure Arc • Implement and manage monitoring, alerting and backup • Keep up to date with Azure services and best practices and research new technology • Document solutions and share knowledge within the Infrastructure Cloud team • Raise change controls via the ITSM system and attend weekly CAB meetings • Report to the Cloud CoE Platform Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Networking, Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery • Qualifications: AZ-900 – Microsoft Azure Fundamentals and AZ-104 – Microsoft Azure Administrator • Minimum of 1–2 years working with Azure technologies and managing an Azure estate covering all Azure technologies • Experience with cloud platforms: Azure, AWS or GCP • Experience implementing and interacting with APIs • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, including Terraform, ARM and Bicep templates • Basic understanding of network principles, including subnets, IP ranges and route tables • Experience with Linux/Linux shell and Windows, and Azure CLI • Strong scripting skills • Experience of Active Directory • Understanding of ITIL processes • Keen eye for detail and organizational skills • Ability to thrive under pressure and prioritize a security-first approach • Ability to lead projects and interact with stakeholders from all areas of the business • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills • Self-starter with very strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
