📋 Description

• Advise customers and develop concepts in the field of IAM, with a focus on authentication and identity verification • Classify requirements, recommend solution approaches, and develop tailored architectures, concepts, and decision-making documents • Assess existing IAM environments and develop optimization and migration strategies • Conduct expert discussions and online presentations during initial and follow-up customer interactions • Provide technical project leadership for customer projects • Translate business and technical requirements as the interface between technology, customers, and sales • Provide long-term customer support and keep CRM data on information, activities, and developments up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT, a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification • Broad understanding of IT and the ability to explain technical concepts in a way appropriate to the audience—from IT administrators to executive management • Confident manner in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations • Analytical, structured approach to work and a high degree of personal responsibility • Excellent communication skills in German and English • Several years of experience in consulting or a pre-sales environment, ideally in IT security, IAM, or authentication • Experience with IAM, MFA, or authentication solutions, such as Yubico, HID, Swissbit, OpenText, Microsoft Entra ID, or FIDO2-based solutions • Microsoft SC-300 certification (Identity and Access Administrator) • Knowledge of common standards and protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and LDAP
