📋 Description

• Monitor company KPIs, detect operational risks, and deploy targeted interventions to solve root causes • Build, optimize, and automate scalable workflows, OKR cadences, and operating systems • Manage the Operations Engineer and temporarily own critical functions such as interim RevOps • Manage operational contributors, unblock daily work, and set clear execution standards • Lead high-priority strategic experiments, expansions, and internal turnarounds from inception through execution to handoff • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to eliminate friction and accelerate decision-making • Partner with the CEO and leadership team on executive initiatives • Align company scorecards and run core operating forums • Spend approximately 60% of time on execution and 40% on team management

🎯 Requirements

• High-agency, cross-functional judgment, and ability to prioritize in ambiguity • Strong conscientiousness, attention to detail, and commitment to no-defect execution • Sound financial judgment and understanding of unit economics and gross margins • Communication skills to align senior leaders without direct line authority • Proven ability to break complex, ambiguous operational problems into root causes • Experience designing metrics and operating cadences such as OKRs and WBRs/QBRs • Experience working alongside data/analytics engineers or tool stacks to establish single sources of truth • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic projects from scratch to stable handoff, or taking interim functional lead roles • Former founder, Chief of Staff, or operations lead experience at a scaling startup of 40–100 employees (nice to have) • Hands-on experience with modern analytics stacks such as SQL and Python (nice to have) • Prior experience in developer tools or an open-core business (nice to have)
