📋 Description

• Develop and implement a robust security strategy that encompasses risk management, incident response, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards. • Lead and manage the security team, providing direction, mentorship, and fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization. • Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify vulnerabilities, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with security policies. • Serve as a key advisor to senior management on security matters and report on security incidents, risks, and the status of security programs. • Work closely with IT and operations teams to integrate security measures into the organization's infrastructure and processes. • Develop and manage security budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet security objectives. • Stay informed of the latest security threats, trends, and technologies to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. • 10+ years of experience in security management, with a proven track record of leadership roles, particularly in a corporate environment. • Extensive knowledge of security frameworks and standards including ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS. • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing security programs related to both cybersecurity and physical security. • Strong understanding of risk management practices, incident response protocols, and security incident management. • Experience with security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data loss prevention tools. • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills. • Certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CCISO is highly desirable. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
