📋 Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions on the Skadina platform. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. • Coordinate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery. • Support system integration, testing, deployment, and post-production activities. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. • Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. • Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, including leadership responsibilities. • Proven hands-on experience with the Skadina platform. • Strong experience in software development, system integration, and API development. • Experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
