📋 Description

• Upload and publish finalized SEO/content assets from Helix to Amazon, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, A+ content, and related listing fields • Prepare and upload flat files while ensuring correct formatting and compliance with Amazon requirements • Troubleshoot content upload errors, listing suppressions, and related Seller Support cases • Verify published content exactly matches approved Helix output, including field mapping, formatting, and marketplace accuracy • Coordinate with SEO and content teams regarding Helix output, priorities, and upload turnaround times • Assist with broader Seller Central inquiries as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience uploading and publishing content to Amazon Seller Central, including listings, A+ content, and flat files • Ability to quickly learn and navigate Helix; training will be provided • Strong knowledge of Amazon flat file templates, content requirements, and compliance standards • Experience troubleshooting listing/content upload errors and resolving issues through Seller Support • Broader Amazon Seller Central support experience is a plus, not required • Experience working in an Amazon agency or multi-client environment • Familiarity with Notion and Trello • Familiarity with Amazon category-specific requirements, such as supplements and medical devices • Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
