📋 Description

• Independently manage and develop the assigned sales territory • Expand existing customer relationships and actively acquire new customers • Identify new applications, projects, and business opportunities • Provide technical consulting on automation solutions • Capture customers’ technical requirements and develop suitable solutions together with Application Engineering • Manage opportunities from initial contact through to closing • Independently manage the territory, accounts, and sales pipeline • Maintain sales activities and opportunities in Salesforce • Work closely with Application Engineering, Inside Sales, and other internal departments • Conduct regular customer visits and participate in trade fairs and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in technical B2B sales • Ideally, at least three years of experience in field sales or a comparable customer-facing technical role • Strong enthusiasm for new customer acquisition and business development • Technical understanding of automation, mechanical engineering, and industrial applications • Knowledge of robotics, pneumatics, vacuum technology, gripping technology, or material handling is a plus but not required • Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work • Experience systematically developing and managing a sales pipeline • Confident communication with both technical and commercial stakeholders • Very good German and good English skills • Class B driver’s license • High willingness to travel within the assigned territory
