📋 Description

• Establish Mural’s presence in Mexico • Work directly with founders and leadership to define the company’s market approach • Build relationships with Mexican business leaders and the local business community • Map Mexican companies that would benefit from Mural • Represent Mural through dinners, breakfasts, events, and other market activities • Build a view of best-in-class accounts, payments, and financial services in Mexico • Map account and FX providers, fintechs, competitors, and their product offerings • Determine partnership and competitive opportunities • Develop expertise in local regulation and compliance requirements • Inform the Product team about products and capabilities to build for Mexico • Own monthly active accounts and the country P&L • Run Mural’s operations in Mexico across marketing, partnerships, customer relationships, operations, and product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running a business unit or market, including a country, P&L, or business unit where the candidate owned the outcome • Intimate knowledge of Mexico's financial landscape • Experience leading a financial services business in Mexico or building financial products in Mexico • Product-oriented ability to work effectively with engineers and a Chief Product Officer • Existing relationships and connections with business leaders • Willingness and ability to work independently in the market for one to two quarters • Required application materials: resume, LinkedIn or personal website, and two examples of exceptional abilities
