📋 Description

• Own and scale paid acquisition across the mobile app portfolio • Plan, launch, and optimize mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, Unity, Google App Campaigns, ironSource, Moloco, Liftoff, DSPs, and other networks • Manage significant daily budgets and hit ROAS targets, including D0, D3, and D7 • Manage tROAS bids, daily caps, and budgets at campaign and country level • Scale winning campaigns and quickly cut underperforming campaigns based on trends and total profit • Build and run a structured testing roadmap covering networks, geographies, bidding strategies, audiences, and creatives • Collaborate with the Creative team on briefs, concepts, and creative performance analysis • Partner with Data and Monetization teams to connect user acquisition costs with ad revenue, including eCPM, ARPDAU, and LTV curves • Analyze performance using SQL and BI dashboards and identify issues proactively • Manage relationships with network account managers and negotiate betas, terms, and support • Report weekly to management on spend, ROAS, learnings, and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on mobile user acquisition experience (5+ years for Senior) • Proven track record managing significant budgets on at least two of Meta, TikTok, Mintegral, AppLovin, and Unity • Deep understanding of ROAS-based bidding, including tROAS, AEO/VO, CPI/CPE, and cohort-based KPIs • Strong analytical skills • Comfortable with Excel/Sheets, BI tools, and MMP data such as AppsFlyer or Adjust • Ownership mindset and ability to manage budgets responsibly • Excellent written and spoken English • Experience in mobile gaming or adtech companies is advantageous • Experience growing apps monetized mainly through in-app ads or hybrid models is advantageous • Understanding of mediation, eCPM, ARPDAU, LTV, and ROAS is advantageous • Hands-on experience with AppLovin and Mintegral at scale is advantageous • SQL skills with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar are advantageous • Experience launching new networks and geographies from zero is advantageous • Experience with creative testing frameworks and creative teams is advantageous
