📋 Description

• Conduct 30-minute one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members • Cover financial topics including budgeting, debt reduction, credit management, retirement planning, investment education, insurance basics, and home buying • Provide unbiased financial education; no financial products are sold or pushed • Tailor each session to the member's goals, situation, and starting point • Briefly document topics covered after each session • Maintain member confidentiality at all times

🎯 Requirements

• 5-years of experience in financial coaching, financial planning, or personal finance education • Familiarity with financial systems in the Colombia • Working knowledge across budgeting, debt management, credit, retirement, investing, insurance, and/or home buying • Ability to explain financial concepts in plain, understandable language • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Spanish • Moderate technical proficiency, including independent use of a computer, basic software applications, and a CRM system to document sessions • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space to conduct sessions • Certification in financial coaching or planning (CFP, CPA, CFA, licensed financial planner/bank wealth manager, or similar) — nice to have • Experience coaching across diverse populations and financial backgrounds — nice to have • Must submit a brief cover letter, resume or CV, and any relevant certifications • May be required to pass a drug test and standard background check
