📋 Description

• Edit educational, marketing, short-form, and long-form video content • Produce approximately 100–140 videos per month with minimal oversight • Create and enhance edits using high-quality motion graphics, kinetic typography, animated assets, and polished transitions • Edit high-performing, conversion-focused ad creatives for multiple platforms • Follow and improve templates, guidelines, and production systems • Deliver nearly final work on first delivery with minimal iterations • Apply strong judgment in pacing, structure, sound design, and creative choices • Support content output for influencer teachers and performance marketing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of video editing experience • Portfolio demonstrating quality and speed • Confidence creating advanced motion graphics, including typography animation, transitions, on-screen visual structure, and clean design execution • Minimum B2 (Upper Intermediate) English proficiency • Strong proficiency in professional editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro • Preferred: experience with After Effects and editing automation workflows • Preferred: experience in EdTech or educational content • Preferred: familiarity with content styles for the US • Strong creative instincts in pacing, storytelling, hooks, and retention-driven structure • Confidence working with influencer-led content and fast turnaround timelines
