📋 Description

• Respond to customer messages and comments on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels • Solve customer issues including shipping delays, product defects, missing packages, and payment problems • Recommend products based on each customer's needs • Escalate tricky issues to the appropriate team and follow up until resolution • Collaborate with social media and customer service representatives to assist customers • Learn the company's products, promotions, and policies

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in social media community management • 2–3 years of experience in customer service • Track record of solving complex customer issues • Experience with social media management tools such as Emplifi, Agorapulse, or Hootsuite • Experience with customer service software and tools • High school diploma or equivalent • Background in beauty or retail is a plus • Experience with Shopify or connected apps is a plus • Empathy, strong communication skills, and problem-solving ability • Must describe social media community management tools used in the application, or platforms worked on and activities performed
