📋 Description

• Provide customer support in German • Support customer service operations for an e-commerce company • Handle tasks related to Amazon account management and supply chain management • Respond to customer inquiries • Work with web-based applications, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Gmail or similar systems

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 20 hours per week, with the prospect of transitioning to full-time employment in the long term • German and English language skills • Proficiency with computers and web-based applications • Own computer and a reliable internet connection • Experience in customer support or e-commerce is an advantage but not required • Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Gmail, or similar systems is a plus • Experience with Amazon, including Amazon account management and supply chain management
