📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients • Conduct onboarding, manage communications, and coordinate regular meetings • Create, assign, and track project tasks through completion • Deliver monthly performance reports and maintain detailed campaign records • Manage SEO titles, keywords, tasks, deliverables, and monthly SEO reports • Manage and optimize business listings, including hours, locations, and staff imagery • Create social media content calendars, research trends, write captions, and coordinate design tasks • Submit social media posts for Director of Marketing review and schedule them after client approval • Draft and coordinate email marketing copy, visuals, approvals, and campaign deployment • Develop social and Google advertising copy and targeting strategies • Coordinate advertising tasks, review deliverables, monitor campaign progress, and prepare monthly performance reports • Prepare monthly performance reports for SEO, Social Media, PowerListings, Email, and Ads • Identify improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to clients and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of work experience • Only LATAM-based candidates • Bilingual in Spanish and English • English level C1 or higher • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads • Strong background in social media content creation and management • Excellent writing skills in English and Spanish • Experience analyzing social media metrics is a plus
