📋 Description

• Lead deployment projects from A to Z, from scoping through go-live • Analyze client needs and advise them on optimizing their processes • Configure solutions according to business requirements and each organization’s specific needs • Facilitate project workshops and coordinate the various stakeholders • Train and support users as they learn to use the tools • Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction • Relay enhancement requests to the Product and Development teams • Keep functional and user documentation up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Successful experience as a Software Consultant, Functional Project Manager, or Business Process Specialist in a deployment project environment (accounting, finance, payroll, etc.) • Experience with business management software such as Sage, SAP, Cegid, EBP, or equivalent • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments • Energetic personality and excellent interpersonal skills • Good level of professional English • German is a plus • Experience at a software publisher is a plus • Experience at an accounting firm is a plus • Knowledge of expense management solutions is a plus
