📋 Description

• Support project teams in developing concepts and architectures for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central • Perform necessary configurations within SAP SuccessFactors in line with project concepts • Engage in customer workshops, contributing to and documenting outcomes • Participation in Fit2Standard workshops to detail desired innovations and new release functionalities • Prepare and conduct customer demonstrations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors • Fluency in English and Spanish is required • Portuguese is a plus • Exhibit a high level of customer orientation, service orientation, and business acumen • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills • Ability to utilize a combination of formal authority and persuasion skill set • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change • Work effectively with diverse teams, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders • 3+ years of professional experience with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is desired but not mandatory • Prior experience in an Advisory/Consulting role
