📋 Description

• Lead SAP implementation projects, strategic initiatives, and consulting engagements focused on SAP Finance and SAP Cloud solutions • Own project delivery, governance, resource coordination, client satisfaction, scope, timeline, budget, quality, and financial performance • Provide leadership across multidisciplinary, functional, technical, and global delivery teams • Drive project planning, risk management, quality assurance, budget control, and resource planning • Facilitate workshops, project governance, stakeholder management, and decision-making processes • Manage project risks, dependencies, and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle • Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solution design • Advise clients on SAP Cloud adoption, ERP modernization, financial process optimization, reporting transformation, compliance, internal controls, and business transformation • Support organizational change, process harmonization, and adoption of SAP best practices • Act as a trusted advisor and senior functional advisor within SAP Finance and Controlling • Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud initiatives, particularly within finance domains • Support account development, business growth, client relationship management, proposals, estimations, statements of work, and pre-sales activities • Contribute to SAP Cloud business development and the growth of Nagarro’s SAP Cloud practice in Sweden and the Nordics • Coach and mentor consultants and project team members • Promote Nagarro values, quality standards, and delivery excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10-15+ years of SAP consulting and project delivery experience • University degree or equivalent professional qualification • Proven track record of leading SAP implementation projects and business transformation initiatives • Extensive hands-on experience within SAP Finance, including SAP FI, CO, Group Reporting, Asset Accounting, Treasury, Cash Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Financial Planning • Strong understanding of end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Closing, Management Reporting, and Financial Governance processes • Extensive experience with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA Finance across multiple industries • Experience with SAP ERP Cloud, including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and Private Cloud deployments, considered a strong advantage • Strong understanding of SAP Activate, SAP best practices, and modern SAP delivery methodologies • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or Private Cloud implementations highly valued • Strong leadership and collaboration skills • Excellent communication and presentation capabilities • Customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering measurable business value • Strong planning, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on project leadership and functional consulting • Comfortable working in international and multicultural environments
