📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end features, working across the backend and frontend and following the entire development lifecycle through to production. • Lead technical initiatives from solution design through delivery, breaking down requirements, implementing, testing, and rolling out changes to production. • Enhance React applications and Node.js services while maintaining quality, performance, and maintainability. • Evolve the platform architecture (monolith and/or microservices), balancing short-term decisions with long-term sustainability. • Build resilient integrations using retries, timeouts, idempotency, circuit breakers, and fallback mechanisms. • Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and engineering best practices. • Support the production environment by investigating incidents, proposing improvements, and participating in postmortems. • Use AI tools as part of the development process to increase productivity, quality, and delivery speed. • Mentor less experienced developers and actively contribute to the team’s technical growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as NestJS and/or Express. • Solid experience with React and modern web application development. • Ability to independently develop end-to-end features, working across the frontend and backend. • Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems. • Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization. • Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting. • Familiarity with AI development tools (AI-first), using them as part of the daily workflow. • Strong communication skills, ownership, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with other developers. • English proficiency.
