📋 Description

• Prepare the Material Requirement Plan (MRP) for the coming month • Prepare purchase orders and send them to suppliers • Follow up with suppliers on timely delivery of documents and orders • Follow up with the Central Logistics Department (CLD) for proper shipment clearance • Obtain freight quotations from CLD for all FOB shipments • Coordinate with Import/Export to issue shipment certificates such as Saber, FASAH, and Value Chains • Submit invoices to the accounting department in a timely manner • Raise claims with concerned suppliers for missing or non-conforming materials, providing supporting documents • Follow up with accounting on settling suppliers’ dues • Prepare monthly reports or reports as needed • Avail needed materials upon receiving the RM Shortage List from Planning • Track and update Customs Duty Exemption for raw materials and avoid duty payment • Prepare transfer requests (TR) for inter-company material transfers • Coordinate with Import/Export and Product Managers for renewal of Product Certificates of Conformity • Follow up with warehouse teams in each country to ensure orders are received before detention and obtain feedback on quality issues
