📋 Description

• Create and optimize copy for product pages, A+ Content (Amazon), packaging, advertising materials, websites, newsletters, blogs, and social media • Prepare content briefs for creatives and structure landing pages • Continuously maintain and update existing copy and creative sets • Deliver the complete copy package for new product launches, including product page copy, A+ Content, creative and image briefs, product catalog entries, USP checks, and FAQs • Manage launch packages end to end in line with the product calendar • Ensure brand tone of voice through application of the style guide, weekly board reviews, and quality assurance • Create legally compliant wording in accordance with the EU Health Claims Regulation (HCVO), apply claim substitution, and work according to the four-eyes principle • Adapt product page copy and create A/B testing variants as well as promotional and campaign copy • Collaborate with CRO and CRM teams and the SEO Lead • Create SEO-optimized content • Work with AI-supported writing and research processes every day and continue to develop them • Take final responsibility for quality control of AI-generated content • Take on responsibility for scientific communications over time

🎯 Requirements

• Specialist knowledge of ingredients and their applications • Ability to research and assess scientific studies, verify key findings, and cite sources responsibly • Experience with Health Claims-compliant communications, ideally in the dietary supplements, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another highly regulated industry • Regular writing experience with specialist articles, blog posts, newsletters, guides, or product copy • Confidently formulate complex content grounded in scientific evidence • Routine and critical use of LLM tools, along with a willingness to further develop AI processes • Analytical, precise, and compliance-focused approach, combined with a strong sensitivity to language • Empathetic and reliable communication, as well as dependable stakeholder management • Structured working style, ability to prioritize multiple parallel workstreams, and consistent on-time delivery • Fluent German • Permanent residence in Germany required • Traditional e-commerce copywriting experience, hands-on Klaviyo/CRM experience, a basic understanding of SEO, and A/B testing experience are advantageous but can also be learned
