📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Configure Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor • Design and implement workflows, approval hierarchies, and business processes within Oracle HCM • Develop and maintain integration strategies between Oracle HCM and other enterprise systems • Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and data-mapping documents • Perform data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading • Develop OTBI, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher (BIP) reports • Configure Fast Formulas, security profiles, and personalization layers • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide production support • Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions • Lead workshops and training sessions for end users and super users • Support change management and user-adoption strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English, with strong verbal and written communication skills • More than 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud • Proven experience with at least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM implementations • Strong understanding of HR processes, including hire-to-retire, compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and performance management • Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly updates and upgrade processes • Advanced knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation, and Benefits • Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader), HSDL, and data migration tools • Strong experience with OTBI, BIP reporting, and HCM Extracts • Practical knowledge of Fast Formulas and Page Composer • Experience with the Oracle HCM security model and role-based access control • Availability to start work at 4:30 a.m. to cover the Israel time zone
