📋 Description

• Ha tekniskt och ekonomiskt ansvar för produktionens utförande • Ansvara för underställd personal • Leda verksamheten vid NCC:s mobila asfaltsfabriker i norra Sverige • Arbeta med mobila asfaltsfabriker som ibland används i södra Sverige • Driva och skapa resultat tillsammans med andra • Bidra till medarbetarnas utveckling och arbete mot gemensamma mål • Verka för en god arbetsmiljö • Arbeta enligt NCC Industrys verksamhetssystem och bidra till förbättring, utveckling och måluppfyllelse

🎯 Requirements

• Teknisk utbildning på lägst gymnasienivå • Flera års arbetslivserfarenhet inom asfaltsverksamhet eller annan industriell verksamhet, alternativt bygg- och anläggningsverksamhet • Erfarenhet av försäljning och marknadsfrågor • Förmåga att skapa och utveckla goda relationer med kunder, kollegor och underleverantörer • B-körkort är ett krav • God kommunikationsförmåga • Förmåga att leda och samarbeta • Bakgrundskontroll genomförs på slutkandidater
