📋 Description

• Support product refinement through ticket creation and development-work analysis • Follow team architectural decisions and understand their rationale • Participate in brainstorming, proof-of-concept implementations, and prototypes • Analyze, troubleshoot, and decompose complex tickets; identify dependencies across teams and epics • Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, and increased test coverage • Support strategic launch and release planning with product management and cross-functional teams • Promote cross-team collaboration, end-to-end solutions, and go-live activities • Analyze product adoption and improve the customer journey through enhancement solutions • Address system hygiene and mitigate future hygiene issues with high-quality code • Follow coding standards and current technology trends and best practices • Handle complex tickets and participate in continuous improvement and code reviews • Leverage AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and optimization • Apply AI insights to automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency and product quality • Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities where appropriate • Maintain awareness of emerging AI trends and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of experience/proficiency or a combination of education and experience • Knowledge of software design principles and development tools, technologies, and domains used • Proficiency in at least one programming language • Experience with web application development • Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, and testing • Ability to collaborate with others in a professional and respectful manner • Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools, such as Git • Desired: Experience with Ruby on Rails • Desired: Experience with client-side JavaScript frameworks like Vue, React, Knockout, etc. • Desired: Agile software development experience
