📋 Description

• Independently set up and install technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions • Support clients with managing initial access, mapping and transferring data, creating process documentation, and training or coordinating training for client users • Understand and troubleshoot advanced automation tools • Leverage programmatic solutions for customization • Use declarative platform security tools to extend product functions • Configure product features independently • Connect workbook or analytical output to nCino configuration • Understand and extend the nCino primary data model • Troubleshoot through deliberate configuration changes and smoke testing • Use Salesforce Platform automation and data integrity tools • Implement nCino user experience tools and integrate them with Salesforce application security • Conduct nCino feature quality control and testing • Use complementary tools introduced by nCino • Understand common integrations • Leverage AI tools to automate routine tasks, improve accuracy, save time, and minimize errors • Use AI-driven insights to improve decision-making, customer experience, and team productivity • Stay informed on AI advancements to support continuous learning and scalable growth

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience/proficiency; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years Salesforce.com architecture experience • Salesforce App Builder and Salesforce Administrator Certifications • Experience with the analysis, definition and implementation of Solution, Information, Technical, and Application Architecture-based solutions • Knowledge/Experience of various data encryption methods • Passion to deliver high-quality solutions to banking customers with an all-in commitment to what we do • Experience with AutoRabit, Copado, SFX (desired) • Experience with Smartsheet, Jira (desired) • Position may require some travel (desired)
