📋 Description

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement • Create dashboards, reports, and data visualisations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Collaborate with product, engineering, operational, and clinical teams to define reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy and consistency • Support development and optimisation of data models and data warehouse structures • Perform statistical analysis for forecasting, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making • Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations • Monitor data quality and support governance processes • Work with cloud-based data platforms and warehousing solutions such as Snowflake • Support ETL and data transformation processes with technical teams and data engineers • Communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Prioritise analytical initiatives and align reporting with business objectives • Assist with documentation, reporting standards, and scalable analytics best practices • Work with client teams and cross-functional partners to support project delivery and measurable business outcomes • Participate in talent, technical assessment, hiring manager, and potentially client interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience delivering at Senior Data Analyst level • Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting • Experience analysing complex datasets and identifying actionable insights • Dashboarding and visualisation experience using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation • Experience working with data models and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake — highly desirable • Knowledge of dbt and data transformation workflows • Strong understanding of data quality and reporting best practices • Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders • Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations • Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments • Professional proficiency in English • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance best practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
