📋 Description

• Design and build applications using Golang • Support component design, development, and maintenance • Take responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team • Assist with defining structured practices in source code management, building, and deployment • Design and implement data storage solutions • Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability • Gather feedback from users and clients and build solutions for them • Assist with analysis of client requirements • Work with and support Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery • Collaborate with client teams • Work closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into innovative digital products • Collaborate with distributed teams to build secure, high-performance applications

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience delivering at a Senior Engineer level; typically at least 6 years’ commercial experience • Practical experience delivering in an agile environment • Practical experience and knowledge of developing real-world solutions • Deep knowledge of Golang • Deep understanding of version control tools, e.g. Git • Testing experience and familiarity with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing tools • Practical real-world experience with databases and cloud environments • Experience with automation, CI, and CD • Experience building software collaboratively using pull requests and code reviews • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Professional proficiency in English • Next.js experience preferred • Experience in Python and AI/ML libraries • Knowledge of data science techniques, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation • Financial services experience desired but not essential
