• At Neon, the role of Staff Software Engineer (or above) is a blend of being the team’s technical reference while remaining hands-on. We are looking for software engineers who want greater autonomy and freedom to work on architecture, metrics, the full product development lifecycle, and, of course, get hands-on with code! • If you love the technical/practical side and also enjoy participating in strategic decisions, this role is for you!
