📋 Description

• Represent clients ranging from start-ups to DAX-listed companies and private individuals in commercial disputes • Work independently on mandates to a significant extent • Handle cases with recurring warranty law issues • Draft pleadings • Attend client and court appointments independently • Explore and work on legal topics, particularly liability, competition, and corporate law

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent academic credentials (honours degree) • At least 1 year of professional experience following the 2nd state examination • Creative and independent working style • Interest in a wide range of legal topics, particularly liability, competition, and corporate law • Ability to think outside the box and work in a team
