📋 Description

• Provide order status updates and delivery ETAs to customers and carrier contacts • Validate that orders are transmitted correctly to transportation and warehouse partners • Enter manual, sample, and other orders accurately into the appropriate systems • Monitor purchase orders, delivery dates, carrier assignments, and order details • Coordinate with customers, carriers, warehouse partners, and internal teams to resolve order-related issues • Manage a high volume of emails and provide clear, professional, and timely responses • Navigate multiple web portals and systems simultaneously to track and update orders • Maintain accurate order and shipment information across relevant platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English • Strong written and professional email communication skills • Previous logistics, supply chain, order management, or coordination experience • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Comfortable handling high-volume email communication • Strong data entry and order accuracy skills • Comfortable working across multiple web-based portals and systems • Able to work full-time during Chicago Time Zone (CDT/CST) hours • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems (nice to have) • Experience working with carrier and warehouse portals (nice to have) • Retail vendor portal experience (nice to have) • Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience (nice to have) • Experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain operations (nice to have)
