📋 Description

• Conduct energy audits and develop asset management strategies • Design and rehabilitate buildings as part of TCE renovation projects or technical systems design and supervision assignments • Support and manage operations contracts and energy performance contracts • Carry out building services and HVAC studies • Verify regulatory compliance • Work across the entire project life cycle, from business development and consulting through studies, construction, and post-completion monitoring • Contribute to the overall energy and environmental performance of buildings

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in building or energy engineering • Demonstrated experience in the energy renovation of commercial or multi-family residential buildings • Strong command of building energy performance projects • Ability to manage projects from end to end with rigor and autonomy • Independent, curious, pragmatic, and energetic • Willingness to ask for help when needed • Motivated to make a tangible contribution to the energy transition • CV and brief cover letter required • Availability to participate in the recruitment process, including an AssessFirst psychometric assessment
