📋 Description

• Create and analyze documents • Support the analysis and resolution of simple complaints • Track operational issues and gaps to ensure corrective action • Monitor operational KPIs • Escalate more complex cases to analysts or leadership • Maintain clear and courteous communication with the team and IT department • Participate in the team’s daily meetings • Support requesters with questions related to the operation • Route opportunities to the relevant departments • Report to the O2C Coordinator • Work within the O2C stream during business hours

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • SAP knowledge is a plus • Supply Chain experience is a plus • Knowledge of NCE methodologies is a plus • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying root causes • Initiative, results orientation, resilience, and strong team relationship skills • Strong service orientation and commitment to delivery efficiency • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
