📋 Description

• Define inventory strategy in collaboration with concurrent planners and Category DSP managers. • Establish and share optimal inventory levels for FG, Semi-Finished Goods, and Raw & Pack materials. • Identify opportunities to reduce inventory holding costs through optimized storage, transportation, and order quantity strategies. • Segment portfolio and manage high-value items rigorously. • Provide regular reports and analysis on inventory trends, risks, and opportunities. • Ensure inventory data quality compliance. • Collaborate with planners to balance inventories, lead times, capacity, and cost decisions. • Develop and implement inventory risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in supply planning and inventory management within a multinational environment. • Expertise in inventory optimization, replenishment strategies, and control techniques. • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Economics. • CPIM certification preferred. • Fluent in English and Chinese (other languages are a plus).
