📋 Description

• Operate and maintain multi-tenant cloud platforms based on OpenStack and VMware • Build and integrate networking, firewall, storage, and compute components • Perform lifecycle management, including monitoring, patching, firmware updates, and configuration changes • Provision and configure customer-specific environments within the shared platform • Execute, configure, and document migrations to the shared cloud • Implement customer-specific SLA requirements, backup objectives, and security settings • Operate and monitor centralized platform backups using Veeam, Commvault, and Rubrik • Contribute to incident, change, and problem management at tenant and platform levels • Support housing operations, including support for customer-owned hardware, Remote Hands, and operational monitoring • Use monitoring and event handling to ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards • Participate in the team’s on-call rotation • Automate recurring operational tasks • Create and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and configurations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience and expertise appropriate for a role level ranging from entry-level to senior • Knowledge of and experience with OpenStack and VMware • Knowledge of operating multi-tenant cloud platforms • Willingness to participate in the team’s on-call rotation
