📋 Description

• Choose when, where, and how to work on projects and tasks • Work on projects matched to your skills across different industries and companies • Build experience and develop various skills • Collaborate with Netguru on digital commerce solutions, including B2B solutions, marketplaces, and retail ecosystems • Build software with experienced engineering and design teams • Participate in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Code Review, and bug bashes • Collaborate on challenging FinTech, B2B software, and E-commerce products • Meet recruiters, complete technical interviews, and potentially meet the client during online interviews

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience for the regular role • Minimum 5 years of experience for the senior role • Strong expertise in React (Web) and Flutter (Mobile) development • Proven experience building, structuring, and maintaining component libraries/design systems • Understanding of clean code structure, documentation, and repository setup compatible with AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude, and Lovable • Excellent English skills • Practical experience using AI-assisted coding tools/agents in production workflows is nice to have
