📋 Description

• Act as technical lead for tool, asset, and product development across Salesforce navigator and product teams • Oversee development of new and existing Salesforce products and assets • Oversee strategic tools for Salesforce implementation services • Work with Claude, Codex, and Salesforce features including Lightning Web Components, Flow, Console, and Apex • Oversee hands-on solution design, proofs of concept, development, and testing • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from ideation through deployment and ongoing success • Collaborate with product owners, product engineering leads, and product developers • Evaluate market demand, groom prioritized work, and align on final design details for scalable solutions • Drive strategic architectural, packaging, and DevOps decisions • Provide technical oversight and guidance on AI tooling

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce • Understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts, capabilities, and constraints • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent • Strong analytic skills with ability to formulate problems and solutions in business and technical terms • Experience managing technical resources • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems • Experience with Salesforce Agentforce solutions • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively • Experience with Service Cloud and Service Cloud Voice is a plus • Experience with Salesforce managed packages and Salesforce AppExchange submission is a plus • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design • Experience with Digital Channel or Contact Center applications is a plus • Experience with AWS development is a plus
