📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and improve backend services using C# and .NET • Develop and support REST APIs and integrations between enterprise systems, internal applications, and third-party platforms • Work extensively with SQL, stored procedures, and business-critical data workflows • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and production problems • Support the technical health of the client’s Microsoft Dynamics GP ecosystem and related applications • Learn the client’s Odoo environment and contribute to its maintenance, integrations, and custom functionality • Improve the reliability, maintainability, and performance of existing systems • Collaborate with technical leads and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical solutions • Document integrations, system behavior, and important technical decisions • Adapt across platforms as the client’s enterprise technology strategy evolves • Participate in hiring processes by serving on interview panels for future roles

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional backend software engineering experience • Strong production experience with C# and .NET • Strong experience with SQL and relational databases, including stored procedures and troubleshooting database-related issues • Experience building, maintaining, or improving REST APIs and enterprise integrations • Experience working with existing production systems and resolving technical debt • Ability to understand business-critical workflows and translate them into reliable backend solutions • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently • Ability and willingness to learn Python, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other enterprise platforms quickly • Strong English communication skills • Employment contingent upon providing documentation verifying legal work authorization in the country of residence • Nice to have: professional experience with Python • Nice to have: experience developing or customizing Odoo modules • Nice to have: experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite • Nice to have: experience with Azure or Microsoft-based enterprise environments • Nice to have: experience with e-commerce or retail platforms • Nice to have: knowledge of finance, inventory, order management, or supply-chain processes • Nice to have: experience with bulk data synchronization, batch processing, or complex data integrations • Nice to have: experience with Azure App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, or Azure SQL
