📋 Description

• Support customer success teams to ensure smooth and timely customer implementations • Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance, including platform upgrades • Work with customers to understand their business and system architecture, build familiarity with the platform, and identify the best ways to support it • Act as a subject matter expert on network-related requirements and configurations • Lead cloud and on-premises architecture reviews to support customer implementations • Collaborate with product and development teams on infrastructure, architecture, support design, and infrastructure implementation for customer platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience • 3+ years of experience setting up or administering both Windows and Linux (Red Hat, CentOS) servers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and OpenShift • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, particularly AWS and Azure • Experience with VMware virtualization and VDI infrastructure/configuration • Experience setting up or administering network infrastructure, including Azure NSG, AWS Security Groups, firewalls, VPNs, routers, and WAN/LAN/MAN connectivity • Experience setting up or administering mission-critical web applications, such as Apache Tomcat and IIS • Experience with database installation and basic configuration, including SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis • Experience with automation scripting, such as Ansible • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across teams • Ability to work effectively with project managers and team members, both independently and as part of a team • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new technologies and processes
