📋 Description

• Support day-to-day project management, tracking, and execution for Nex Playground from NPI through mass production and sustaining • Coordinate across retail, marketing, design, engineering, compliance, supply chain, manufacturing, and ODMs • Maintain project schedules, action trackers, issue/risk lists, and decision logs • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on actions, deliverables, and deadlines through closure • Support NPI build readiness by tracking deliverables across engineering, quality, compliance, supply chain, and manufacturing • Coordinate sample requests, sample delivery, shipments, meeting arrangements, factory/lab visits, and other project logistics • Develop deeper product and technical knowledge and take ownership of individual project workstreams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years of experience in project management / project coordination • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong follow-up and execution discipline with the ability to drive actions through closure • Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across different functions and stakeholders • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken • Independent, proactive, and accountable • Willing to learn and continuously develop technical and product knowledge • Experience with smart / connected / wearable / IoT devices or other consumer electronics products • Experience working with ODMs / OEMs through JDM/ODM engagement models • Understanding of EE, ME, CMF, DFx, and electronics manufacturing processes
