📋 Description

• Serve as the technical lead for data and operational intelligence opportunities, from understanding the demand through the final proposal • Lead discovery meetings with operations, technology, and business leaders, translating pain points into use cases with measurable benefits • Map customer data sources, including automation systems, sensors, network equipment, applications, and management systems • Design data collection, correlation, and visualization architectures using Splunk, from operational sources to the cloud • Develop operational intelligence use cases involving equipment efficiency, asset availability, supply chain, logistics, environmental monitoring, digital services, customer service, fraud prevention, healthcare, and public services • Lead workshops, demonstrations, and proofs of value • Prepare technical proposals, defining scope, assumptions, sizing, data volume, and licensing model • Work with Account Managers to acquire new customers • Assess technical risks and scope feasibility with the operations team • Ensure the solution is transitioned to implementation teams, including documentation and technical handover • Act as the technical bridge between NEXA leadership and internal development, artificial intelligence, and data teams • Support the prioritization of internal data and artificial intelligence projects, considering value, effort, and risk • Assess timelines and estimate the efforts required from internal teams • Review internal solution architectures • Establish baselines and measure benefits after project delivery • Turn successful internal projects into commercial reference cases • Monitor developments in data, observability, and artificial intelligence technologies applied to operations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or consulting in data, analytics, or observability • Experience working with machine or operational data, such as logs, events, telemetry, sensors, or industrial systems • Hands-on experience with Splunk or an equivalent real-time data collection and analysis platform • Knowledge of data architecture and artificial intelligence solutions sufficient to assess the scope, effort, and feasibility of development projects • Consultative profile, with a proven ability to lead business conversations and turn pain points into proposals • Splunk certifications are a plus • Experience prioritizing and tracking a portfolio of data or technology projects is a plus • Experience with generative artificial intelligence and agents applied to business processes is a plus • Experience applying artificial intelligence to operational data, such as anomaly detection and predictive maintenance, is a plus • A postgraduate degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or Management is preferred • Intermediate or advanced English for technical reading and interaction with the technology vendor is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Production Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
