📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of the data engineering framework • Help build infrastructure centralizing ETL logic and metric definitions • Design and build scalable data engineering solutions for business and data problems • Contribute to a clear and concise data model supporting data science, ETLs, and internal tools • Help develop self-service data and tools for scalable decision-making • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather input and identify improvement opportunities • Contribute ideas and technical solutions supporting impactful, data-driven directions • Use AI coding agents to understand existing systems and build software • Contribute to technical collaboration and scalable development • Work on high-visibility projects and reduce friction in how teams use data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 3+ years of professional experience in Data Engineering or a closely related field • Strong experience in data modeling and data job development • Familiarity with Spark, dbt, Fivetran, and Airflow • Experience accessing an S3 data warehouse • Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools • Experience partnering cross-functionally and gathering stakeholder input • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify and advance complex problems • Production-level coding experience in Python and SQL • Innovative mindset and willingness to take on new challenges and learn from potential failure
