📋 Description

• Take functional ownership of MDM/PIM solutions throughout the implementation lifecycle • Gather, document, analyze, and prioritize business requirements related to master and product data • Analyze existing business processes and data landscapes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities • Prepare functional specifications, process maps, data flows, and user stories • Facilitate workshops and act as a key communication link between business and technical teams • Collaborate with Data Architects and MDM/PIM consultants to design effective solutions • Support data modeling, taxonomy management, attribute configuration, and product hierarchies • Contribute to data quality initiatives, governance frameworks, validation rules, and testing activities • Support user training, onboarding, and change management activities • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote MDM/PIM best practices • Work with world-renowned brands and international teams in digital transformation programs • Travel occasionally as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with STIBO STEP or Collibra • Previous experience as a Business Analyst in MDM, PIM, Data Governance, or Data Management projects • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles • Experience with data modeling, product hierarchies, taxonomies, and master data concepts • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international environments • Fluent English • Based in Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, or Poland • Experience with Product Information Management platforms is nice to have • Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks and best practices is nice to have • Experience working within consulting environments is nice to have • Experience facilitating workshops and business process improvement initiatives is nice to have • Understanding of MDM implementation methodologies is nice to have
