📋 Description

• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and conduct stakeholder analysis • Assess and communicate change impacts across manufacturing sites • Support business readiness planning and execution activities • Adapt and implement the Change Management approach for Czech factories • Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Process Leads, Super Users, and Change Agents • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and leadership alignment • Coordinate communication activities related to business transformation and process changes • Support change readiness assessments and recommend mitigation actions • Work closely with functional teams to ensure effective change adoption • Execute Change Management activities in accordance with established methodologies and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Change Management within large business transformation, ERP, or digital transformation programs • Strong understanding of organizational change from both end-user and leadership perspectives • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute change activities effectively • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and execution-oriented approach • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional, international environments • Fluent English and Czech (spoken and written) • Knowledge of Prosci Change Management methodology is nice to have • Experience from manufacturing or factory environments is nice to have • Experience from SAP or other large-scale ERP implementations is nice to have • Knowledge of Change Management tools, techniques, and industry best practices is nice to have
