• Develop and oversee financial forecasting, modeling, and strategic planning. • Prepare and manage annual budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and key business metrics. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. • Oversee accounting processes, internal controls, and financial risk management. • Collaborate with department heads to optimize financial performance and resource allocation. • Drive financial efficiency through process improvements and cost reduction strategies. • Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting. • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills. • Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of advising C-level executives. • CFA, CPA, or similar financial certification is a plus but not required.
