📋 Description

• Map, analyze, and improve business processes and rules • Support projects and operations related to the pension sector • Ensure clarity, standardization, and alignment with business and technology needs • Gather and document functional requirements • Analyze and manipulate data using SQL • Work with ETL processes, spreadsheets, and analytical tools • Support system integrations and workflows • Use demand and project management tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supplementary pension or employee benefits plans • Experience with process mapping (BPMN or similar) • Experience with process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, Draw.io, or similar) • Basic knowledge of gathering and documenting functional requirements • Familiarity with demand and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) • Basic knowledge of system integrations and workflows • SQL for data analysis and manipulation • Experience with ETL processes • Experience manipulating data in spreadsheets and/or analytical tools • Knowledge of relational databases • Basic knowledge of version control and technical documentation • University degree • Organization, logical thinking/reasoning, and results orientation
