📋 Description

• Analyze and propose improvements to the company’s complementary pension plans. • Conduct feasibility studies and assess the financial impact of pension plans. • Develop and implement communication and employee engagement strategies related to complementary pension plans. • Monitor legislation and regulatory standards related to complementary pensions and ensure the company’s plans remain compliant. • Participate in negotiations with suppliers and strategic partners in the complementary pensions area.
