📋 Description

• Conduct performance testing on systems and applications. • Analyze and document test results. • Identify and report performance issues. • Propose solutions to optimize performance. • Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in supplementary pension systems. • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar tools). • Experience with load, stress, and volume testing. • Performance and capacity metrics analysis. • Knowledge of systems architecture and corporate environments. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). • Basic knowledge of monitoring, observability, and performance best practices. • Bachelor’s degree.
