📋 Description

• Create appealing and pixel perfect visual designs aligned with the brand’s ethos, brief, and consumer needs • Develop visual designs through research, conceptualisation, iterations, and explorations • Balance NOCT’s interests, client expectations, and consumer experience • Ensure timely completion of deliverables • Conceptualise ideas and visualise concepts across different mediums • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of designs and timely completion of deliverables • Carry out consumer testing, rework designs, and draw smart insights • Coordinate with NOCT’s in-house team at the Panchgani studio and remote team members • Collaborate with team members and participate in discussions and brainstorming sessions

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a designer • A portfolio demonstrating work in Brand & Identity Design, Layouts & Composition, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field of study • Working knowledge of design tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma and Indesign • Academic qualifications are secondary; applications are judged solely on the basis of design portfolios
